I didn't expect to have an update for a few days, but this stuff is getting spicy. Hopefully I'll be able to tell you how the finished product tastes by next weekend.
I dig the video blog format. You might note that the blog-a-day rules allow for such a thing, but I've never taken advantage of it. I might make a video blog about why.
I'm actually curious enough to want to try a chili beer. If they turn out all right, it could be worth checking out.
And finally, I request more appearances from Oliver. Not that your comments aren't essential, but his insight gives a valuable alternate point of view.
